I got this as a gift, and overall it was nice enough. The item itself felt fine, but the packaging was basic and didn’t make it feel especially special. It worked for the occasion, but I was left feeling like it could’ve had a bit more charm.

"Refund took a while"
I sent the bag back and the refund took longer than I expected, maybe a couple of weeks or so. I had to reach out more than once, and the replies felt generic. I did get my money back in the end, but the whole thing wasn’t the best experience.

"Got the wrong color in my order"
I ordered a bag and the color I received wasn’t the one shown in my order email. I reached out to support, but they were slow to respond, so I ended up just keeping it. It’s not the absolute worst thing, but it was definitely annoying. I feel like I’m not being too picky here, right?

"Really nice looking bag"
I got this from mystylebags.it mostly because I liked the design, and umm, it actually looks even better in person. It’s simple, clean, and not too flashy, which is exactly what I wanted. The colors are easy to match with my outfits too. Overall, I’m really happy with how stylish it feels

"Delivery took way longer than expected"
The bag itself was fine, no real complaints there. But the delivery took forever. I think it was supposed to arrive around the 12th or maybe the 13th, I can’t remember exactly, but it showed up much later than I expected. Kind of disappointing.

"Probably won’t order again"
I only ordered once from mystylebags.it, so maybe I just got unlucky, but that first experience was enough for me. I keep wondering if I’m being too harsh, but I don’t really feel like buying from them again.

"Embroidery turned out really nice"
I ordered a bag from My Style Bags with my initials embroidered on it, and I’m really happy with how it came out. The stitching looks neat and clean, not like one of those cheap embroidery jobs that you can tell were rushed.

I was a little unsure because previews can be tricky, and I thought maybe it might look different in person, but it actually looks better than I expected. No loose threads so far, the bag feels nice overall, and yeah, I’d probably order again.

"Really good packaging"
My bag showed up packed really well, with no scratches or weird folds or anything. The box was sturdy and clean too. I was going to say it’s just a small thing, but it made the whole order feel a lot safer and better

I tried to check out, but my payment failed twice for some reason. I reached out to support hoping they could help, but they weren’t really able to do much, which was kinda disappointing.

"Nice everyday size"
This bag is a really good size for daily use. It fits my laptop, water bottle, and a few random extras without feeling bulky, which is what I was hoping for. Not too huge, not tiny either, just kind of right. Happy with it so far.

"Return process turned into a headache"
I tried to return my bag the whole process was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Support took forever to respond, and when they did, the instructions weren’t very clear. I kept getting passed around in this support loop where I’d explain the same thing again and again, but still didn’t really get a straight answer. At that point, it just didn’t feel worth the hassle.

"Name came out wrong..."
The personalization showed up with the wrong name, which was really disappointing! I was expecting it to be correct, so it kind of ruined the item for me.

"Decent for the price, but not a steal"
The bag looks good overall, and for what I paid, I can’t really complain too much 🙂 I just expected the quality to be a little better. It’s not a bad deal, but I wouldn’t say it feels super cheap or like an amazing bargain either

The bag is really nice and looks pretty much like the pictures. I got a little mixed up on the shipping timing because I thought it was supposed to arrive earlier, then maybe I misread the updates, but it did show up fine in the end. Overall, I’m happy with the order.

"Just didn’t feel right to me"
I didn’t feel comfortable ordering from here. The site and brand info didn’t really give me much confidence, and when I tried to look for clearer reviews or details, there just wasn’t enough to make me feel secure. On top of that, the way some of the info was presented kind of made me feel talked down to, which didn’t help. Maybe everything is totally fine, but personally, I didn’t feel enough trust to go through with it.

"Nice at first glance, but the stitching is sloppy"
The bag looks good from a distance, but once I looked closer, the uneven stitching was annoying. One corner looks like it was rushed and not finished properly. For the price, I expected better quality and I don’t really have the patience for stuff like this

"Really happy with the bag quality"
I ordered a bag from mystylebags.it and honestly... the quality is better than I expected. The material feels really solid, the stitching is neat, and it doesn’t have that cheap look some bags online can have.

I’ve been using it for work and on weekends too, and it still looks pretty much new. I was a bit unsure about ordering a bag online, you never really know, but this ended up being a really good buy for me
